A few of California‘s cutest surfers hit the waves to lift cash for his or her orphaned pals in want.

The sixteenth annual Surf Canine Surf-A-Thon at was once held at Del Mar Canine Seaside Sunday afternoon to lift cash for pets at Helen Woodward Animal Middle.

The canine, along their house owners, competed in entrance of a panel of judges consisting of surf execs and aficionados.

Wearing tuxedos, shades, mohawks and different festive costumes, the competition – championing for the name of Absolute best in Surf – have been judged at the period in their creativity, trip, wave methodology, enthusiasm and self belief at the board.

Micheal Willis, who surfed together with his canine, advised the TV station he was once satisfied they participated within the tournament.
